Long-Term Service Agreements

Our Long-Term Service Agreements are designed to provide the levels of support to operate and maintain your system with confidence. There are three LTSA Levels available.

Level 1 is a customer self-service model with Powin training and support. With options Level 2 and Level 3, Powin takes care of everything, the difference being a DC availability guarantee with Level 2 and both DC and AC availability guarantee with Level 3. These are high-level descriptions of our LTSAs which can be tailored to fit your unique needs. No two customers or projects are exactly alike, and our service offering can be customized to reflect that.

How do you know what’s right for you? We’ll work with you to assess and discover what level of service is necessary for your BESS project and business infrastructure. Choosing the appropriate service level requires understanding the level of service capabilities within your organization, as well as the contractual project requirements and guarantees.
