This inaugural Sustainability Report demonstrates our commitment to maintaining accountability through transparency. It includes operational and program performance data from our fiscal year 2024 (January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024). It addresses key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics, including our safety culture, greenhouse gas emissions, ethical business practices, responsible sourcing, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and more.

- First GHG emissions assessment completed in 2024 (927,029 tCO2e).
- 99% of emissions identified as Scope 3 — driving supplier engagement and reductions.
- Battery recycling program diverted over 550 tons of materials from landfills in 2024.
- Adoption of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry for lower toxicity, longer life, and better recyclability.
- LEED-certified global headquarters and energy-efficient Battery Lab.
Social Responsibility
