Established in 2020, the Powin Battery Lab is a world-class battery test facility located in Powin’s Engineering headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon. Here we characterize and validate all our batteries from cell to system.
Our rigorous process adds an important layer of transparency to understanding battery cell performance in an industry that typically relies on vendor self reporting. We assist in selecting qualified cell vendors through on-site visits, reporting, and continuous, in-depth conversations and evaluations of existing technologies.
