Seasoned supply chain and operations executive to drive operational excellence and strengthen focus on quality, reliability and safety
PORTLAND, Ore. May 16, 2024 – Global energy storage platform provider Powin LLC (Powin) today announced that Kirk Fleischhauer will join the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Fleischhauer will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s operational efficiency and scaling its global footprint.

As Chief Operating Officer, Fleischhauer is tasked with leading Powin’s manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality control, and logistics. His overarching vision is to seamlessly integrate these core functions with the company’s broader goals and growth trajectory.
Fleischhauer brings over two decades of leadership experience in contract manufacturing operations, international supply chains and procurement, and optimizing large-scale operations at industry giants like Foxconn and Hewlett-Packard. His deep knowledge of original equipment manufacturing, quality management, supply chain resiliency and high-volume, high mix operations aligns with Powin’s strategic global initiatives to deliver battery energy storage at scale and value.

Fleischhauer holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University as well as a master’s degree in management from LeTourneau University. He currently resides in Houston, TX.
